The Process of Consultation

  • Step 1: You provide me with the URL(s) of the page(s) I should look at.
  • Step 2: I send you a quote based on the expected time I’ll need for the project.
  • Step 3: You receive a video and a .pdf file for each URL you asked me to review.
  • Step 4: Optionally, we discuss the optimization pointers via video call or in person (1:1 consultation).
  • Step 5: Payment according to the agreed-upon parameters and terms of service.

  • Step 1: Together, we go through the process of Website Consulting.
  • Step 2: I send you a quote based on the estimated time it would take me to implement my suggestions myself.
  • Step 3: Your web team and I arrange for remote access to your site and necessary corporate resources.
  • Step 4: Per our agreements, you, your team, and I work hand in hand to optimize your site.
  • Step 5: Payment according to the agreed-upon parameters and terms of service.

Great, right? Getting your team up to speed helps your business more than you might realize:

  • In-house marketing and website content management is the most profitable long-term solution.
  • You retain full control over all of your assets at all times. There’s no need to disclose any information to anyone.
  • Communication in-house is more efficient, so content creation and website optimization are, too.

The goal is to get your team to the point where they know most of what I know and can put everything they’ve learned during the Content Workshop into practice.

The Process of the Content Workshop

  • Step 1: We discuss the premises of the workshop (how many team members will join, when is the ideal time to begin, etc.?)
  • Step 2: We arrange the times of each block of lessons. I suggest five blocks of four hours twice a week whenever it fits our schedules the best.
  • Step 3: Your team attends the workshop. After the first 4 hours of tutoring, you and your team decide whether to continue. If so, payment for the workshop according to the agreed-upon parameters and terms of service is due. If you are unsatisfied, we will cancel the workshop with no strings attached.
  • Step 4: We continue with the rest of the lessons. Where your team not only learns but also begins to apply the insights to your website.
  • Step 5: After the workshop, your team and I will stay in touch until there is no need for any further mentorship.
